B-Complex IV Add-On
B-Complex is $25 added to any drip. It is the full B vitamin family rather than B12 on its own. It goes into the same bag as the drip you booked and adds no time to the visit. A licensed registered nurse handles it, anywhere across Dallas-Fort Worth, seven days a week.

What B-Complex Does
The B vitamins are a group rather than a single nutrient, and they work largely as a team. B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, and B12 are all involved in converting the food you eat into energy your cells can actually use.
They also support normal nervous system function, red blood cell formation, and skin and eye health. Every one of them is water soluble, which means your body does not store much and what it does not use it clears.
That is the practical difference between B-Complex and B12 alone. If general fatigue is the issue rather than something pointing specifically at B12, the full family is the more sensible choice.

Who Adds It
People booking Relief Essentials at $125 who want more than plain fluids. This is by far the most common reason to add it, since that drip is the only one on our menu that starts with nothing in it. Anyone dealing with general fatigue rather than one specific symptom. B-Complex covers the whole family, which is the right call when you cannot point at a cause. People eating restricted diets, where several B vitamins can run low at once rather than just B12. Heavy drinkers and people recovering from a rough stretch, since alcohol interferes with several B vitamins. Athletes in a training block, though it is already in Athletic Recovery at $325.
Pairs Well With
Relief Essentials at $125, where it turns plain saline into something closer to a vitamin drip.
Magnesium at $25, a common pairing when fatigue and muscle tension are both in play.
Vitamin C at $25 if immune support is part of why you are booking.
If you find yourself adding three of these to Relief Essentials, Relief Support at $195 already contains all of them and usually costs less.
Honest Expectations
B vitamins support how your body produces energy. They do not produce energy themselves and they are not a stimulant. If you are genuinely low on one or more B vitamins, topping up may make a real difference. If you are not, it will not, and your kidneys will clear most of what you paid for.
Persistent fatigue has a lot of possible causes and most of them are not B vitamin deficiency. Sleep, thyroid function, iron, and a dozen other things sit ahead of it on the list. If tiredness is a constant in your life, that is worth a doctor visit rather than a standing drip appointment. B-Complex does not treat any condition.
How It Is Given
B-Complex goes into the same IV bag as the drip you booked. No separate stick and no extra time.
A licensed registered nurse places and monitors every drip. Before your visit, a provider reviews your health history and confirms what you booked is appropriate for you. Tell us about any medication you take, any condition you manage, and any prior reaction to an IV.
Mobile IV therapy is a wellness service and is not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911.

B-Complex And The Rest Of Your Bag
B-Complex is in eight of our ten drips, which makes it one of the least useful things to add without checking first.
The two exceptions are Relief Essentials at $125, which is plain saline, and Migraine Essentials at $175, which is built around magnesium. Those are the two places where adding it changes the bag.
If you are adding B-Complex, vitamin C, and magnesium to Relief Essentials, you have effectively rebuilt Relief Support at $195 for $200. Book the Myers instead. Your nurse will point that out if you have not.
The place B-Complex genuinely earns an add is Athletic Recovery, where the base already contains it, or alongside a specific reason like a restricted diet or a stretch of heavy drinking.
B-Complex Questions
How is this different from B12?
B12 is one vitamin. B-Complex is the whole family, including B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, and B12.
Which should I pick?
B-Complex if general fatigue is the issue. B12 specifically if you have been told your levels are low or you fall into a group that commonly runs short.
Which drips already have it?
Everything except Relief Essentials at $125 and Migraine Essentials at $175.
Will it give me energy?
It supports how your body makes energy from food. It is not a stimulant and it will not create energy you did not have.
Does it turn urine bright yellow?
Often, yes. That is riboflavin clearing and it is normal.
Can I get too much?
The B vitamins are water soluble and excess is generally cleared. Very high doses of B6 over long periods are the exception worth knowing about, so mention any supplements you take during the health review.
Does it add time to my visit?
No.
