Cancellation and Fee Policy

Every fee we charge is on this page. Nothing gets added at the door that is not listed here.

Cancellations

You can cancel or reschedule at no charge as long as you do so at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment carry a $25 fee. The same applies if our nurse arrives and cannot reach you, cannot access the address, or you are not present.

The fastest way to cancel or reschedule is to text (469) 218-5260.

All Fees

Fee Amount
Late cancellation $25
After hours $100
Out of area $100
Card processing 3%

After Hours Appointments

Our standard hours are 7 AM to 7 PM, seven days a week. Appointments after 7:00 PM carry an additional $100 fee and depend on nurse availability.

After hours availability is never guaranteed. Text us and we will tell you honestly whether we can cover it before you count on it.

Out Of Area Appointments

Our service area covers the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and the surrounding North Texas counties. Inside that area there is no travel fee of any kind.

If your service address falls outside our service limit, a $100 out of area fee applies. We will always quote this before you book, never after our nurse arrives.

If you are unsure whether your address qualifies, text it to us and we will confirm before you commit to anything.

Payment And Card Fees

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept FSA, HSA, credit, debit, Zelle, Cash App, and Venmo.

Card transactions carry a 3 percent service fee. Zelle, Cash App, and Venmo do not.

We do not bill insurance. Submitting to an FSA, HSA, or insurance plan is your responsibility and we make no representation about whether a service will be covered.

Refunds

Services already provided are not refundable.

If we cancel your appointment, or if our nurse determines the service is not appropriate for you after the health review, you are not charged.

If you are dissatisfied with a visit, contact us directly at (469) 218-5260. We would rather hear about it and address it than have you leave a problem unresolved.

When We May Decline Service

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service, including after arrival, where in the judgment of our provider or nurse it is not appropriate or not safe. Situations that may lead to this include:

  • Health information that indicates the service is not appropriate for you
  • Inability to give informed consent, including due to intoxication
  • An unsafe or inaccessible service location
  • A minor without a parent or legal guardian present
  • Abusive or threatening behavior toward our staff

Where we decline service after the health review and before arrival, there is no charge. Where inaccurate or withheld health information leads to a declined visit after our nurse has arrived, the late cancellation fee may apply.

Group Bookings

Group discounts apply based on the number of people actually treated at one address. If your headcount drops below three, group pricing no longer applies, but no penalty is charged for the change.

For groups, please give as much notice as possible for cancellations. Health reviews are completed individually ahead of the visit and that work happens before anyone is on the road.

Weather And Circumstances Outside Our Control

We may reschedule where weather, road conditions, or other circumstances outside our control make travel unsafe. No fee applies in those situations and we will work with you to find another window.
