Mobile IV Therapy in Sherman, TX

Sherman is a working city and our bookings here reflect that. Rotating shifts, long days on job sites, and households that cannot afford to lose anyone to a stomach bug for two days.

A licensed registered nurse comes to your house, sets up in about five minutes, and stays with you for the whole drip, usually 30 to 45 minutes.

Why Sherman Books In-Home IV Therapy

Here is what Sherman calls us for most.

Shift work and long job site days

Sherman runs on shifts. Between the plants, the hospitals, and the construction going on north and west of town, a lot of people here are not on a nine to five. Someone coming off a rotating schedule cannot easily give up a morning for a clinic waiting room, which is a large part of why we get called.

Something going through the house

Our single most common Sherman booking. It usually starts with one person and works its way through everyone else in the house over about a week.

Cold and flu season

Sherman ISD passes things around the same as anywhere, and winter is our heaviest stretch here by a clear margin. Austin College adds its own wave to that in the fall and spring.

Texas summers and outdoor work

Long afternoons outside, yard work, and anyone working a trade in July all end the day well behind on fluids.

Lake Texoma weekends

A full day on the water is more dehydrating than most people expect, and Monday morning tends to make that point. We see a steady run of these from spring through early fall.

Caring for a parent or grandparent

Sherman has a lot of families with older relatives close by. Being the one who takes care of everybody else eventually costs you, and a real share of our Sherman bookings are a caregiver finally sitting down for half an hour.

Neighborhoods And Areas We Cover In Sherman

We cover all of Melissa, including:

Milrany Ranch, Wolf Creek Farms, The Villages of Melissa, Country Ridge, North Creek, Harrison Park, The Quarry, Liberty, Bolin Farms, the acreage tracts inside the city limits, and the neighborhoods along Melissa Road, Fannin Road, Sam Rayburn Highway, and the US 75 corridor. Both 75454 and the Melissa side of 75071 are covered.

Melissa is inside our standard service area with no travel fee. McKinney, Anna, Princeton, and Prosper are all right next door and our nurses run this corridor daily.

Where We Set Up In Sherman

We are fully mobile, so the location is up to you. In Sherman that usually means one of these.

  • Homes across the city. A couch beats a kitchen chair, and that is the whole setup requirement.
  • Apartments and townhomes, including gated communities. Send the gate code when you book.
  • Offices and job sites.
  • Hotels, event venues, and rental homes near the lake.

What To Expect At Your First Sherman Visit

Your nurse texts when they are on the way and again when they are outside, so nobody has to sit by the window waiting. They check your vitals, confirm what you booked, and ask how long this has been going on. Then they place the line and start the bag. They work around whatever is happening in the house, and kids and pets in the room are completely normal. Most people settle on the couch for the 30 to 45 minutes. When the bag finishes they pull the line, bandage the site, and pack the entire setup out with them.

How It Works In Sherman

Four steps, start to finish.

Book icon

1. Book

Call or text (469) 218-5260, or book online. Pick a time window and give us the address, along with a gate code or building access details if we will need them.

Health review icon

2. Health review

Before your visit, a provider reviews your health history and confirms the drip you chose is appropriate for you. If something looks off, we tell you before anyone is on the way. This step is not a formality and it is not skipped.

The morning after icon

3. Your nurse arrives

Your nurse texts when they are close, brings everything they need, and sets up wherever you are comfortable. A couch works better than a kitchen chair. Setup takes about five minutes.

Sit back icon

4. Sit back

Most drips run 30 to 45 minutes. Your nurse stays with you the whole time and checks the line as it runs. You can work, watch something, or sleep. When the bag is done, they pull the line, bandage the site, and take the whole setup with them.

Who Places Your IV

Every drip is placed by a licensed registered nurse. Our nurses come from ICU, emergency, oncology, cardiac, surgical, hospice, and home infusion backgrounds, and several have well over a decade of hands-on IV experience. Many still work shifts in hospitals, fire stations, and clinics between mobile visits.

Rapid Relief Mobile IV was started by Wes, who spent nearly ten years as a firefighter and paramedic, and his father John. Wes did not learn IV therapy from a business plan. He learned it in the field, then used it to help his own family. That is still how this team works.

Mobile IV therapy is a wellness service. It is not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are having a medical emergency in Melissa, call 911.

Group And Event IV Therapy In Sherman

11 to 15 people 15% off
16 or more people 20% off

Military and first responders get 10 percent off any visit, any day. Given how this company started, that one is not a promotion.

Sherman IV Therapy FAQ

  • Two of us are sick. Can one nurse treat both?

Yes, in one visit. Three or more people gets 10 percent off the total.

  • How fast can someone get to Sherman?

Same day is often possible depending on where our nurses are running that day. Text (469) 218-5260 for the next real window.

  • Is there a travel fee for Sherman?

No. Sherman is inside our standard service area.

  • Can you treat my kids?

Call us before booking so we can go over it directly. Any visit involving a minor requires a parent or guardian present and consent.

  • What do people book most here?

Tummy Bug Essentials at $225 and Relief Support at $195, with Relief Essentials at $125 climbing through summer.

  • Do you come to gated communities?

Yes. Just send the gate code or a callback number when you book.

  • Can you come to a job site or an office?

Yes. We need somewhere you can sit for 30 to 45 minutes and that is about it.

  • Do I need to have anything ready?

No. Your nurse brings everything, including the IV pole, and takes all of it with them when they leave.

  • Can I book for my spouse?

Yes, as long as they are 18 or older, present when the nurse arrives, and they complete the health review themselves.

When To Book And When To Go Be Seen

We would rather lose a booking than take one we should not, so this is worth saying plainly.

A stomach bug where you have not kept fluids down for several hours is exactly what mobile IV is for. So is a household several days into something, or a caregiver who has been running on nothing while taking care of everyone else.

What is not a mobile IV situation is severe or worsening dehydration, blood, a high fever that will not come down, confusion, or an inability to keep anything down for more than a day. The same goes for a young child or an elderly family member showing any of that. Those belong in an emergency room and we will tell you so on the phone.

If you are unsure which side of that line you are on, call and describe it. That conversation costs you nothing.

IV Therapy Near Me In Sherman

When someone in Sherman searches IV therapy near me, they are usually sick at home and not in any shape to drive anywhere, let alone south on 75. That is exactly who mobile is built for. There is no clinic to reach and no waiting room to sit in. Sherman is inside our service area with no travel fee, and it sits far enough north that in-home service matters more here than it does closer in. Our nurses run the 75 corridor regularly. If you are out toward Denison, Howe, Pottsboro, or the Texoma side, text us the address and we will confirm it before you book anything.

Nearby Cities We Also Serve

Our nurses cover the areas around Sherman too, including Van Alstyne, Anna, Melissa, Bonham, and McKinney. If you are not sure whether your address is inside our area, text it to us and we will confirm before you book anything.
