How To Reach Us

We are a mobile service, so there is no clinic address to visit. Our nurses come to you anywhere inside our service area across Dallas-Fort Worth and North Texas.

What To Include When You Text

If you send these four things in the first message, we can usually confirm a window on the first reply.

• The address, including a gate code or building access details
• The day and rough time you want
• Which drip you are looking at, or just how you are feeling if you are not sure
• How many people need a drip at that address

You do not need to know what to book. Tell us what is going on and we will point you somewhere sensible.

One Thing That Saves Everybody Time

Send the address in your first message. Nearly every conversation we have starts with us asking for it, and once we have it we can confirm coverage, quote any fee, and give you a real arrival window in one reply instead of four.

Booking, Rescheduling, And Cancellations

Book online any time, or text us and we will set it up.

To reschedule, text us. As long as it is more than 2 hours before your appointment there is no charge. Inside 2 hours there is a $25 cancellation fee.

Coverage Questions

If you are not sure whether your address is inside our service area, text it to us and we will confirm before you book anything. Inside the area there is no travel fee. Outside the limit there is a $100 out of area fee, and you will hear that from us up front rather than at the door.

Group And Event Bookings

For wedding parties, corporate offices, rental houses, race weekends, and private events, text us the address, the date, and a headcount. Three or more people gets 10 percent off, 11 to 15 gets 15 percent, and 16 or more gets 20 percent.

Call, Text, Or Email?

All three work. They are not equally fast.

• Text is best for anything same day, address confirmations, quick questions, and rescheduling. It is the fastest way to reach us
• Call is best when you want to talk something through, especially if you are unsure which drip fits or you are calling about a family member
• Email is best for group and corporate bookings, invoicing questions, and anything with a paper trail. Expect a slower reply than text

Booking online works around the clock, including overnight. Somebody reviews every booking before it is confirmed.

Emergencies

Mobile IV therapy is a wellness service and it is not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911 rather than texting us.

When We Answer

Our booking line is staffed 7 AM to 7 PM, seven days a week, including weekends and most holidays. Texts sent inside those hours usually get a reply quickly. Texts sent overnight get answered first thing in the morning.



Online booking runs 24 hours a day, so you can book at 2 AM for a visit later that day. Somebody reviews every booking before it is confirmed, so if there is a problem with the time or the drip you picked, you will hear about it rather than finding out when nobody shows.

After hours visits past 7:00 PM are possible but depend on nurse availability. There is a $100 after hours fee and we will tell you honestly whether we can cover it before you commit.
