Glutathione IV Add-On

Glutathione is $25 added to any drip on our menu. It is one of our most requested add-ons. It is available as an IV add-on only. It goes into the same bag as the drip you booked and adds no time to the visit. A licensed registered nurse handles it, anywhere across Dallas-Fort Worth.

What Glutathione Does

Glutathione is an antioxidant your body already makes. It is present in every cell and it is involved in how your body handles oxidative stress, which is the ordinary cellular wear that comes from metabolism, exercise, illness, and age.

It is also involved in normal liver function, which is where a lot of the interest in it comes from.

Levels vary between people and tend to decline with age and under physical stress. That is the basis for supplementing it, and it is a reasonable idea. What it is not is a well quantified one, which the honest section below gets into.

Already In These Drips

Two of our drips already contain glutathione at no extra cost.

Drip Contains glutathione
Relief Works, our Ultimate Myers, $295 Yes
Migraine Works, $325 Yes
Rapid Relieve Platinum, $399 Yes
Relief Support, our Myers Cocktail, $195 No, add for $25
Beauty IV, $195 No, add for $25
Relief Essentials, $125 No, add for $25

Who Adds It

People booking the Beauty IV. This is the most common pairing on our menu by a wide margin, and glutathione is what most people are picturing when they think of a beauty drip. Anyone booking Relief Support who wants the fuller version. Worth knowing that Relief Works at $295 already contains it. If you add glutathione to Relief Support at $195 every single time, ask your nurse which route actually fits, since the difference between them is dose rather than presence. People in heavy training, where it sits alongside the recovery picture. It is already in nothing on the athletic side of our menu, so it is a genuine add here. Regular clients who have decided they like it and add it as a matter of course.

Pairs Well With

Beauty IV at $195. The pairing people ask for most.

Relief Support at $195, our Myers Cocktail, though Relief Works at $295 already includes it.

Vitamin C at $25, commonly added alongside it.

Athletic Recovery at $325, where it is not included and is a real addition.

Honest Expectations

Glutathione gets marketed harder than almost anything else in IV therapy, particularly for skin brightening. We are not making that claim. What is established is that glutathione is a genuine and important antioxidant in your body. What is less established is how much intravenous glutathione raises your functional levels and what that translates into that you would actually notice.

Some of our clients add it every time and are convinced it makes a difference. Others try it and feel nothing. We are not going to tell you which you will be. It does not treat any condition, it is not a skin lightening treatment, and if you have a liver condition or any diagnosed illness, that belongs with your doctor rather than with an add-on.

How It Is Given

Glutathione goes into the same IV bag as the drip you booked. No separate stick, no extra time, no second appointment.

A licensed registered nurse places and monitors every drip. Before your visit, a provider reviews your health history and confirms what you booked is appropriate for you. Tell us about any medication you take, any condition you manage, and any prior reaction to an IV.

Where Glutathione Fits On Our Menu

The practical question with glutathione is almost never whether to have it. It is whether to add it or to book a drip that already contains it.

Relief Support at $195 plus glutathione at $25 comes to $220. Relief Works at $295 is the same vitamin blend with glutathione already in it. The gap is $75 and the difference is dose, so the cheaper route is not automatically the better one.

The same logic applies at the top of the menu. Migraine Works at $325 and Rapid Relieve Platinum at $399 both include it, so adding it to either is paying twice.

If you add glutathione every time you book, that is worth a two minute conversation with your nurse. She can tell you which route actually fits what you are after rather than which one has the smaller number next to it.

Glutathione Questions

  • How much is it?

    $25 added to any drip.

  • Is it available as an injection?

Not at this time. We offer it as an IV add-on only.

  • Does it brighten skin?

We are not making that claim. It is marketed that way in a lot of places and the evidence behind it is thinner than the marketing suggests.

  • Which drips already have it?

Relief Works at $295, Migraine Works at $325, and Rapid Relieve Platinum at $399.

  • Should I add it to the Beauty IV?

It is the most common pairing we see. Ask your nurse whether it is worth it for what you are specifically after.

  • Does it add time to my visit?

No. It goes into the same bag.

  • How often can I have it?

Ask your nurse based on how you respond. There is no standard schedule and anyone quoting you one is guessing.
