Why Paradise Books In-Home IV Therapy

Wise County bookings come down to distance and the kind of work people do out here.

Nothing else nearby

The nearest alternatives are in Decatur, Fort Worth, or further. When you are sick enough to want an IV, that drive is the whole problem.

Texas heat icon

Ranch and outdoor work

Land, livestock, and trades. Long days outside in a Texas summer with no shade and no reason to stop.

The morning after icon

Texas heat

From June through September, straight hydration carries almost all of our volume out here.

Stomach bugs at home

One of our most common calls, and the situation where a drive is least realistic.

Cold and flu season

Winter runs through households here the same as anywhere.

Rodeo and event weekends

Long days on your feet, in the heat, usually followed by another one.

  • Ranches and land, where we come to the house rather than expecting you to drive in.

What To Expect At Your First Paradise Visit

Your nurse will call or text before she sets out with a genuine arrival window rather than a single time. This is one of the longest drives on our map and we quote it honestly. When she arrives she checks your vitals, confirms the drip, and asks how you are doing. She places the line and starts the bag. Setup takes about five minutes and the drip runs 30 to 45 minutes. When it is done she pulls the line, bandages the site, and packs the entire setup out with her.

How It Works In Paradise

Four steps, start to finish.

Book icon

1. Book

Call or text (469) 218-5260, or book online. Pick a time window and give us the address, along with a gate code or building access details if we will need them.

Health review icon

2. Health review

Before your visit, a provider reviews your health history and confirms the drip you chose is appropriate for you. If something looks off, we tell you before anyone is on the way. This step is not a formality and it is not skipped.

The morning after icon

3. Your nurse arrives

Your nurse texts when they are close, brings everything they need, and sets up wherever you are comfortable. A couch works better than a kitchen chair. Setup takes about five minutes.

Sit back icon

4. Sit back

Most drips run 30 to 45 minutes. Your nurse stays with you the whole time and checks the line as it runs. You can work, watch something, or sleep. When the bag is done, they pull the line, bandage the site, and take the whole setup with them.

Who Places Your IV

Every drip is placed by a licensed registered nurse. Our nurses come from ICU, emergency, oncology, cardiac, surgical, hospice, and home infusion backgrounds, and several have well over a decade of hands-on IV experience. Many still work shifts in hospitals, fire stations, and clinics between mobile visits.

Rapid Relief Mobile IV was started by Wes, who spent nearly ten years as a firefighter and paramedic, and his father John. Wes did not learn IV therapy from a business plan. He learned it in the field, then used it to help his own family. That is still how this team works.

Mobile IV therapy is a wellness service. It is not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are having a medical emergency in Paradise, call 911.

Group And Event IV Therapy In Paradise

Households and crews are the two group bookings we see out here. Three or more people at one address gets 10 percent off, and it saves scheduling more than one trip, which matters more in Wise County than it does in the suburbs.

Group Size Discount
3 to 10 people 10% off
11 to 15 people 15% off
16 or more people 20% off

Military and first responders get 10 percent off any visit, any day. Given how this company started, that one is not a promotion.

Fees, Payment, And Cancellations

Everything is listed here so there are no surprises at the door.

  • After hours. Appointments after 7:00 PM carry a $100 fee, seven days a week, and depend on nurse availability.
  • Out of area. If your address falls outside our service limit, there is a $100 travel fee. Text us the address first and we will confirm either way.
  • Cancellations. Cancel at least 2 hours before your appointment at no charge. Inside 2 hours there is a $25 fee.
  • Card processing. A 3 percent service fee applies to card transactions.

We accept FSA, HSA, credit, debit, Zelle, Cash App, and Venmo.

Paradise IV Therapy FAQ

  • Do you really come out to Paradise?

Yes. It is in our Tier 1 coverage with no travel fee, though it is one of the furthest points on our map and needs planning.

  • How long will it take?

This is a real drive from the core of our service area. Book a day ahead and we will give you a window you can work around. Same day may not be possible on a busy day.

  • Do you go further into Wise County?

Toward Bridgeport, Chico, or Alvord it is case by case and a $100 out of area fee may apply. Text us the address before you book.

  • Can you come out to a property off the road?

Yes. Send directions along with the address and we will come to the house.

  • What do people book most here?

Relief Essentials at $125 through summer, and Tummy Bug Essentials at $225 the rest of the year.

  • Is it worth booking for more than one person?

Yes, and out here it is worth going out of your way to. One trip covering several people is much easier for us to schedule, and three or more gets 10 percent off.

  • Should I book ahead?

Out here it is close to essential. A day of notice is the difference between a workable window and none at all.

  • Will there be a travel fee?

Not inside Paradise. Further into Wise County there may be a $100 out of area fee, quoted before you book.

  • What if you cannot make it?

We will tell you honestly rather than stringing you along. If we cannot cover a day out here, you will hear that up front.

Being Straight About The Distance

Paradise is one of the two furthest points in our service area, and it deserves a plainer explanation than most cities on our list. It is in our Tier 1 coverage and there is no travel fee inside it. But this is not a same day, call-and-we-come service the way Dallas or Richardson is. Getting a nurse to Wise County is a real trip and we schedule it as one.

Book ahead. A day of notice is the difference between a workable window and no window at all, and on a busy day a same day request out here may simply not be possible. We will tell you that honestly rather than stringing you along. If several people need a drip, book them together. One trip covering three people is far easier for us to justify scheduling than three separate ones, and three or more at one address gets 10 percent off. Further into Wise County, toward Bridgeport, Chico, or Alvord, coverage is case by case and a $100 out of area fee may apply. Text us the address first, always.

IV Therapy Near Me In Paradise

Searching IV therapy near me in Paradise returns almost nothing, which is the honest state of Wise County. The nearest options are in Decatur or Fort Worth and both are a real drive. That is precisely why we cover out this far, and it is also why we are more careful about setting expectations here than anywhere else on our list. Paradise is in our Tier 1 coverage with no travel fee inside the city. What it is not is a service you can summon in an hour. Book ahead, tell us if more than one person needs a visit, and text us the address if you are further out toward Bridgeport or Chico so we can confirm coverage before you count on it.

Nearby Cities We Also Serve

Our nurses cover the areas around Paradise too, including Boyd, Decatur, Springtown, Rhome, Bridgeport, and Fort Worth. If you are not sure whether your address is inside our area, text it to us and we will confirm before you book anything.
