Medical Disclaimer

Please read this before booking. It sets out what our services are, what they are not, and when you should seek care somewhere else instead.
This Is A Wellness Service
Rapid Relief Mobile IV provides hydration and vitamin IV therapy as a wellness service. Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
The services provided have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
Nothing on our website constitutes medical advice. Content is provided for general information only and does not create a provider and patient relationship.
Not A Substitute For Emergency Care
Mobile IV therapy is not emergency medical care and it is not a substitute for it.
Call 911 or go to an emergency room if you experience any of the following:
- Difficulty breathing or chest pain
- Confusion, fainting, or loss of consciousness
- Severe or worsening dehydration, including no urination for many hours or a racing heart
- Severe abdominal pain, blood in vomit or stool, or a high fever that will not come down
- The worst headache of your life, or a headache with vision changes or weakness
- Any symptom that is severe, sudden, or getting rapidly worse
If you are unsure, err toward being seen in person. We would rather lose a booking than have you delay care that you need.
Not A Substitute For Your Doctor
Our services do not replace ongoing care from a physician. If you have a diagnosed condition, are managing a chronic illness, or have symptoms that keep recurring, that belongs with a doctor who can look at the whole picture.
Always consult your physician before beginning any treatment or therapy program, and tell your physician about any IV therapy you receive.
Medical Oversight
All IV therapy is administered by licensed registered nurses.
Health Review
Every booking is subject to a health review before the visit. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your medical history, current medications, allergies, pregnancy status, and any prior reaction to an IV.
Withholding or misstating that information may put you at risk. We may decline service at any time, including after arrival, where in the judgment of our provider or nurse the service is not appropriate or not safe for you.
Risks Of IV Therapy
IV therapy carries risks. These include, and are not limited to:
- Bruising, discomfort, or swelling at the insertion site
- Inflammation of the vein
- Infection at the insertion site
- Dizziness or lightheadedness
- Nausea
- A flushing sensation or tightness in the chest or abdomen, most commonly associated with NAD+ infusion rate
- Allergic or adverse reaction to an ingredient
- Fluid overload, particularly in people with kidney or heart conditions
By booking, you acknowledge these risks. If you experience symptoms after a visit that concern you, contact your physician. If symptoms are severe, call 911.
Who Should Speak To A Doctor First
IV therapy is not appropriate for everyone. Speak to your physician before booking if any of the following apply to you:
- Kidney disease or reduced kidney function
- Heart failure or any condition where fluid balance is managed closely
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- A history of kidney stones, relevant to high dose vitamin C
- Medication that may interact with high dose vitamins or minerals
- A previous adverse reaction to an IV, an injection, or any ingredient we use
- Any diagnosed condition you are actively managing
Individual Results Vary
We make no representation that any service will produce a particular result. How people respond varies, and some people notice little or no effect.
Where our website describes what an ingredient supports, that describes a role in normal body function. It is not a claim that the service is a treatment for any condition, or that it will produce a particular outcome for you.
Minors
Services provided to anyone under 18 require a parent or legal guardian to be present for the entire visit and to provide consent. Call us before booking any service involving a minor so we can go over it directly.
Questions
If anything on this page raises a question about whether our services are right for you, call (469) 218-5260 before booking. That conversation costs you nothing and we would rather have it up front.
