Migraine IV Therapy in Dallas-Fort Worth
The worst thing about a migraine is that getting help usually means light, noise, and a car ride. This does not. A licensed registered nurse comes to you. You stay in a dark room with the curtains closed and she works around it. Migraine Essentials is $175 and Migraine Works is $325. Open 7 AM to 7 PM, seven days a week, with same day windows often available.

Why Magnesium Is The Core Of It
Both of our migraine drips start with magnesium, and that is not incidental. Magnesium is the ingredient most people are actually after when they book a migraine IV.
Magnesium is involved in nerve function and blood vessel behavior, and low magnesium levels are more common in people who get frequent migraines than in people who do not. It is one of the more studied nutrients in this space, which is more than can be said for a lot of what gets sold in IV therapy.
Dehydration is the other piece. It is a common migraine trigger on its own and it makes an existing one worse. An IV addresses both at the same time, and it does it without asking you to swallow anything, which matters when nausea is part of the picture.
What Is In It
| Drip | What is in it |
|---|---|
| Migraine Essentials | Magnesium plus one symptom support of your choice |
| Migraine Works | Vitamin C, B-Complex, B12, magnesium, Tri-Immune, glutathione, anti-pain and antihistamine support |
With Migraine Essentials you pick one symptom support add-on as part of the price: antihistamine, anti-pain, or anti-nausea. Pick based on what is worst. Migraine Works is the fuller option and includes both anti-pain and antihistamine support along with the full vitamin blend. All ingredients are hospital-grade and prepared for single use.
Who Books It
People who get migraines regularly and know their pattern
Most of our migraine bookings are repeat clients who recognize what is starting and want to get ahead of it. They usually know exactly which drip they want.
Anyone whose migraine came with nausea
When you cannot keep water or anything else down, an IV is the only route that still works. This is the situation where mobile IV genuinely has no substitute.
People who cannot drive
A bad migraine takes driving off the table. That is the whole reason this service exists in this category.
Heat and dehydration triggered headaches
Common here from June through September. A long day outside followed by a headache that will not shift.
Hormonal and cycle related migraines
Predictable timing means these can be booked in advance rather than scrambled for.
Add-Ons Worth Considering
Extra magnesium at $25 on top of what is already in the bag.
Anti-nausea support at $25 if the stomach side is worse than the head.
Anti-pain support at $35, which is already included in Migraine Works.
Fluids alone matter more than people expect here. If dehydration triggered it, the saline base is doing real work.
Migraine Essentials Versus Migraine Works
The gap between $175 and $325 is real, so it is worth understanding what you are paying for. Migraine Essentials at $175 is magnesium in a saline base plus one symptom support of your choice. It is focused. If you know magnesium and fluids are what help you, and you know which single support you want, this is the efficient pick and the extra $150 buys you things you may not need. Migraine Works at $325 adds the full vitamin blend, glutathione, and both anti-pain and antihistamine support rather than making you choose. It makes sense when the migraine has been going for a while, when you are depleted on top of it, or when you genuinely do not know which support will help. Repeat clients almost always settle into one or the other and stop switching. If this is your first time, Migraine Essentials is the reasonable place to start.
Migraine Care At Home In DFW
Two things about this area make migraine IV bookings more common than you might expect.
Heat is the first. From June through September we take a steady stream of calls from people whose headache started after a long day outside, and dehydration is doing a lot of the work in those cases. The saline base matters as much as the magnesium.
Traffic is the second. Getting to a clinic during a migraine is bad enough. Getting to a clinic during a migraine on the 635 loop at 5 PM is not a realistic option for most people. That drive is the reason a lot of our clients found us in the first place.

What To Expect
Tell us when you book that it is a migraine. Your nurse will call rather than knock repeatedly, keep the lights off, and keep conversation to a minimum. None of that is unusual for her.
She checks your vitals, confirms the drip, places the line, and starts the bag. Setup takes about five minutes and the drip runs 30 to 45 minutes.
You do not have to sit up, make conversation, or be a good host. Lie down in the dark. She will handle the rest and let you know when it is done.
Honest Expectations
This is not a treatment for migraine as a condition. If you get frequent migraines, that belongs with a doctor who can look at the whole picture, and we will tell you that directly.
What this is, is fluids, magnesium, and targeted symptom support delivered in a way that does not require you to swallow anything or leave a dark room. For a lot of people that combination may help meaningfully with a specific episode.
It does not work for everyone and it does not work every time. If you have had a migraine for several days, if this one feels different from your usual, or if it came with symptoms you have not had before, call your doctor rather than booking a drip. If it is the worst headache of your life, call 911.
When To Book
Earlier in the episode is better than later. Most repeat clients book at the point where they recognize what is starting rather than waiting until they are hours in.
If your migraines follow a pattern you can predict, cycle related ones in particular, you can book ahead. Several of our regulars do exactly that, and it means they are not trying to make a phone call with a headache already underway.
Same day windows are usually available. Text (469) 218-5260
rather than calling if talking is difficult. We will handle the whole thing over text if that is easier for you.
Who Places It
A licensed registered nurse, every time. Our nurses come out of ICU, emergency, oncology, cardiac, surgical, hospice, and home infusion settings, and several have well over a decade of hands-on IV experience. She places the line, stays for the whole drip, and packs everything out when she leaves.
Before your visit, a provider reviews your health history and confirms this drip is appropriate for you. If it is not, we say so before anyone gets in a car.
Mobile IV therapy is a wellness service and is not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911.
Where We Come
Homes, apartments, hotel rooms, offices, job sites, event venues, and rental houses anywhere across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and the North Texas counties around it. Inside our service area there is no travel fee. Outside the service limit there is a $100 out of area fee, quoted before you book.
Being Straight About What This Is
It is not migraine treatment
We are addressing a single episode with fluids, magnesium, and symptom support. Migraine as a condition needs a doctor who can look at triggers, frequency, and preventive options. If you are getting them often, that conversation matters more than any drip.
It does not work every time
Migraines vary and so do people. Some of our clients get consistent relief and book regularly. Others try it once and it does not do much for them. We would rather tell you that up front than let you expect a sure thing.
Some headaches are not migraines
If this one feels different from your usual, if it came on suddenly and severely, if it came with vision changes or weakness you have not had before, or if it is the worst headache of your life, that is a doctor or a 911 call, not a drip.
Migraine IV Therapy Questions
Can I text instead of calling?
Yes, and we would rather you did if talking is difficult. We can handle the whole booking over text.
Will your nurse mind the lights being off?
Not at all. Tell us when you book and she will work in the dark and keep it quiet.
Can I book one for a family member?
Yes, as long as they are 18 or older, present when the nurse arrives, and they complete the health review themselves.
Which migraine drip should I pick?
Migraine Essentials at $175 if you want magnesium plus one targeted support. Migraine Works at $325 if it is a bad one and you want the fuller version.
Will you keep the lights off?
Yes. Tell us when you book and your nurse will work in the dark and keep it quiet.
How fast does it work?
It varies a lot from person to person and we are not going to give you a number. Some people notice a shift during the drip, others afterward, and some not at all.
Can I book this in advance if I know my pattern?
Yes, and repeat clients do this regularly, particularly for cycle related migraines.
What if I have already taken medication today?
Tell us during the health review and tell your nurse again in person. That is exactly the information the review exists for.
Do you keep noise down too?
Yes. Your nurse will keep conversation minimal and work quietly. None of this is unusual for her.
Is this a substitute for seeing a neurologist?
No. If migraines are a recurring part of your life, you should be seeing someone about the underlying pattern.
