We bring nurses to groups anywhere in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. One nurse can treat several people at one address in a single visit, and we send more than one when the headcount calls for it. Three or more people gets you 10 percent off. Larger groups save more.

How Group Bookings Work

1. Send us the details

Text the address, the date, a rough time window, and a headcount. That is enough for us to quote it and tell you how many nurses we will send.

2. Everyone picks their own drip

You can collect choices ahead of time or let people decide when the nurse arrives. Either works. Nobody has to get the same thing and nobody has to decide in advance.

3. Health reviews happen individually

Every person completes their own health review before the visit. A provider looks at each one. This is the step that takes the longest with a big group, so give us lead time.

4. The visit

Your nurse works through the group one at a time, and each drip runs 30 to 45 minutes. Several people can be running at once, so a group of six does not take six times as long. She stays for the whole thing and packs everything out when she is done.

What You Need To Provide

Very little, but these help.

• Somewhere for people to sit. Couches and chairs beat bar stools
• Access details, including gate codes, building entry, or a venue contact
• A rough headcount ahead of time so we send the right number of nurses
• A heads up if anyone is under 18, since that requires a parent or guardian present

We bring everything else, including IV poles, all supplies, and a sharps container. Nothing gets left behind at your venue or rental.

Timing A Group Visit

The most common mistake with group bookings is picking a start time based on when everyone wants to be done rather than when everyone will actually be awake and available. A few things that help. Morning windows work better than afternoon for wedding and event groups, because the day fills up faster than anybody plans for. For corporate bookings, mid morning or early afternoon avoids the lunch scatter. And for race weekends, the day after is better than the same day, since the group is usually somewhere else immediately after the event.

Several drips can run at once, so a group of six does not take six times as long as one person. Plan on roughly two hours for a group of six with one nurse, less with two nurses. We will give you a realistic estimate when you send the headcount.

If the group is spread across two locations, that is two bookings rather than one, and the discount applies per booking based on headcount at each address.

What It Costs For A Group

A worked example, since the discount tiers are easier to understand with numbers on them.

Six people at a rental house, all booking Relief Support at $195. That comes to $1,170 before the discount. At six people the 10 percent tier applies, bringing it to $1,053. If two of them want glutathione added at $25 each, that is $50 on top, and the discount applies to the total.

A group of twelve booking a mix of drips, say four at $125 and eight at $195, comes to $2,060. At twelve people the 15 percent tier applies, bringing it to $1,751.



No minimum spend, no per-person minimum, and no event fee. The only fees that could apply are the after hours fee past 7:00 PM and the out of area fee if the address sits outside our service limit. Both are quoted before you book.

Corporate Bookings

A few things that are specific to office bookings rather than parties.

• One person can pay for everyone. Tell us when you book and we set it up as a single transaction
• Card payments carry a 3 percent service fee, which matters more on a large total
• A conference room with a door works better than an open floor, both for privacy and for the health review conversation
• Health reviews are still individual and confidential. Nobody at your company sees anybody else’s
• Most drips are quiet enough that people keep working, taking calls, and sitting in meetings through them

A Note On Health Reviews For Groups

This is the part that surprises people, so it is worth explaining rather than burying.

Every person getting a drip completes their own health review and a provider looks at each one individually. That is true whether you are booking for yourself or you are the fourteenth person on a corporate list. Nobody gets skipped because the group is big, and nobody else in the group sees anyone else’s answers.

Practically, that means a large group needs lead time. Fourteen individual reviews do not happen in an hour. It also means that occasionally one person in a group gets flagged and does not receive a drip that day. When that happens we tell them privately, not in front of the room.



It is the slowest part of a group booking and it is the part we will not shortcut.

Groups Outside The Metroplex Core

Group pricing works the same everywhere in our service area, and so does the drip pricing. What changes at the edges is scheduling.



Out toward Weatherford, Bonham, Paradise, Rockwall, and the far southern reaches, a nurse coming to you is a real trip. That actually works in favor of groups. One visit covering six people is far easier for us to schedule out there than six individual bookings, so if several people need drips, get them on the same booking.

Give more notice than you would in the core. A few days rather than a day. And if the address sits near our service limit, text it to us first so we can confirm coverage and quote the $100 out of area fee if it applies, rather than surprising anyone at the door.
