Hangover IV Therapy in Dallas-Fort Worth
A nurse comes to you, places an IV, and you stay where you are. No clinic, no drive, no daylight if you do not want it. Most people book Relief Essentials at $125 for straight hydration or Relief Support at $195 if they feel wrecked across the board. Add anti-nausea or anti-pain support for $25 to $35 if that is the worst of it. We are open 7 AM to 7 PM, seven days a week, and mornings are our busiest window for exactly this reason.

Why An IV Helps With A Hangover
A hangover is several things happening at once, and dehydration is the piece an IV actually addresses.
Alcohol suppresses the hormone that tells your kidneys to hold onto water, so you lose more fluid than you take in. That fluid loss takes electrolytes with it. The result is the headache, the dry mouth, the dizziness when you stand up, and a good part of the general awfulness.
Drinking water helps, but slowly, and it helps least when your stomach is the problem. If you are nauseated, water is not going anywhere useful. An IV goes around that entirely and puts fluid straight into circulation.
What an IV does not address is everything else alcohol did to you overnight. That part your body has to work through on its own.
What Is In It
| Option | Price |
|---|---|
| Relief Essentials, straight hydration | $125 |
| Relief Support, our Myers Cocktail | $195 |
| Relief Works, Myers plus glutathione | $295 |
| Anti-nausea support, add-on | $25 |
| Anti-pain support, add-on | $35 |
| Rapid Relieve Platinum, everything | $399 |
All ingredients are hospital-grade and prepared for single use. If you only take one thing from this page: the fluids are the part that matters most. Relief Essentials at $125 is often enough, and paying more does not make you rehydrate faster
When People Book It
The morning after a wedding or a bachelor or bachelorette weekend
Our single most common group booking. A whole party at a rental house or a hotel suite with a long day still ahead of them. Three or more people gets 10 percent off, so book together.
After a night out downtown or in the Stockyards
Individual bookings, usually first thing, usually before something the person cannot cancel.
Game weekends and concerts
Long day in the sun, tailgating in the heat, late night after. The heat exposure often matters more than the drinking.
Work trips that ran long
Client dinners and conference nights. We come to the hotel room and you make your 8 AM.
Holidays and long weekends
New Year’s Day is our busiest single day of the year. Book ahead for that one.
Add-Ons Worth Considering
Anti-nausea support at $25 if keeping anything down is the issue. This is the most requested add-on for hangovers by a wide margin.
Anti-pain support at $35 if the headache is the worst part.
Extra magnesium at $25, which some people find helps with the tension headache side of it.
Glutathione at $25 is frequently requested. It is already included in Relief Works at $295.
Which One Do You Actually Need
Most people overbuy on this page, so here is the honest breakdown. Relief Essentials at $125 is the right answer more often than not. The fluids are doing the work. If your main problems are the headache, the dry mouth, and feeling wrung out, this covers it. Relief Support at $195 makes sense if you also feel genuinely depleted, which is more common after a full weekend than after one night. The add-ons are where the real value is for this specific situation. Anti-nausea support at $25 does more for a rough morning than $170 worth of extra vitamins will. Same for anti-pain support at $35 if the headache is the whole story.
Rapid Relieve Platinum at $399 exists and people book it. It is not four times better than Relief Essentials for a hangover and we are not going to pretend it is.
Hangover IV Therapy Across DFW
Our busiest windows for this are Saturday and Sunday mornings, and the geography is predictable.
Rental houses around Arlington on stadium weekends. Hotel suites downtown and in Uptown for wedding parties. Rentals near the Stockyards in Fort Worth. And Irving hotels for people who had a client dinner run long and have a 9 AM.
Texas heat is the underrated factor. A day tailgating in August followed by a night out leaves people far more dehydrated than the drinking alone would explain, and it is why a lot of our summer hangover bookings really just need fluids.
New Year’s Day is the single busiest day of our year. If you want a window on that morning, book it in December.

What To Expect
Your nurse texts before she arrives, which matters more than usual on this particular morning. She checks your vitals, confirms what you booked, and asks how you are actually doing.
She places the line and starts the bag. Setup takes about five minutes and the drip runs 30 to 45 minutes. Lights off and curtains closed is completely fine and she has seen it before.
When it is done she pulls the line, bandages the site, and takes the whole setup with her.
Honest Expectations
An IV will not undo a night. Anyone claiming it wipes out a hangover entirely is selling you something.
What it does is replace the fluid and electrolytes you lost, which addresses a real and significant part of why you feel the way you do. Most people feel noticeably better during or shortly after the drip, and the optional anti-nausea and anti-pain support handles a lot of the rest.
What is left is your body processing what happened, and that takes the time it takes.
It is also not a reason to drink more than you otherwise would, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
Booking Timing
Earlier is better, and not just because you feel bad. Morning windows fill first on weekends, and if you wait until 11 AM to book a Saturday, you may be looking at the afternoon.
For groups, book before the weekend rather than the morning of. A group of eight at a rental house is not something we can conjure at 8 AM on a Saturday in wedding season.
If you know the night is coming, book the next morning in advance. You can always reschedule for free more than 2 hours out.
Who Places It
A licensed registered nurse, every time. Our nurses come out of ICU, emergency, oncology, cardiac, surgical, hospice, and home infusion settings, and several have well over a decade of hands-on IV experience. She places the line, stays for the whole drip, and packs everything out when she leaves.
Before your visit, a provider reviews your health history and confirms this drip is appropriate for you. If it is not, we say so before anyone gets in a car.
Mobile IV therapy is a wellness service and is not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911.
Where We Come
Homes, apartments, hotel rooms, offices, job sites, event venues, and rental houses anywhere across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and the North Texas counties around it. Inside our service area there is no travel fee. Outside the service limit there is a $100 out of area fee, quoted before you book.
Three Things Worth Being Clear About
It does not cancel out the night
An IV replaces fluid and electrolytes. It does not reverse what alcohol did to your sleep, your stomach lining, or your liver, and no drip on any menu anywhere does.
It is not a reason to drink more
We are not going to sell this as insurance. If the plan involves drinking harder because a nurse is coming in the morning, that is a bad plan and we would rather say so.
The expensive bag is not four times better
For a hangover specifically, the fluids plus one or two targeted add-ons do most of the work. Spending $399 instead of $125 buys you vitamins, not a faster recovery.
Hangover IV Therapy Questions
Do you come on New Year’s Day?
Yes, and it is the busiest day of our year. Book it in December if you want a morning window.
Can I book the night before?
Yes, and it is smart. You can reschedule free more than 2 hours out, so there is no downside to holding a window.
What if I am still drinking when you arrive?
Your nurse needs you able to complete the health review and consent to the visit. If she has any concern about that, she will not run the drip. That call is hers.
What is the best drip for a hangover?
Relief Essentials at $125 if dehydration is the main issue, which it usually is. Relief Support at $195 if you also feel run down across the board. Add anti-nausea support if your stomach is the problem.
How fast will I feel better?
Many people notice a difference during the drip, mostly from the fluids. It varies and we are not going to quote you a number.
Can you come to a hotel?
Yes, constantly, and you do not need to tell the front desk anything. Give us the hotel name and room number.
Can our whole group book together?
Yes. One nurse can treat several people at one address and three or more gets 10 percent off. Book a day or two ahead for a group.
How early can you come?
We start at 7 AM, seven days a week.
Is there a group rate for a wedding party?
Yes. Three or more people at one address gets 10 percent off, 11 to 15 gets 15 percent, and 16 or more gets 20 percent. Book several days out for a group that size.
Do I need to be sober to get an IV?
You need to be able to complete the health review and consent to the visit. If your nurse has any concern about that when she arrives, she will not run the drip. That is the correct call and it is hers to make.
